Fees and Appointments

My current fee is $125 for a 50-minute session. You may pay for your session(s) each week, or if you prefer, at the end of the month. Fees are adjusted periodically for inflation. I am a preferred provider with Regence. If you are with a different insurance company, I will provide a monthly statement with the necessary diagnostic and procedural codes for you to submit for reimbursement.

How frequently we meet depends on a variety of factors. I often find twice a week a good place to begin. Dialogue on this topic will allow us to consider what level of frequency is right for you.

Once we decide to work together, we will find appointment times that are workable for both of us, and will be consistent from week to week. Except for holidays, about which I give advance notice, I will make every effort possible to hold this time open for you. Because this is your time, I expect payment for each week's appointment(s) regardless of whether you have attended. You are not charged for any time when I am unavailable. With prior notice, I am often able to accommodate a change in your appointment time or day.
